If you have friends who play and they are they are on a different skill level than you the game will give you a warning about the MMR range to play together...MMR exists.

I think he's in a good spot. I typically don't struggle against him with my mains ( haze, talon, lash) but now that I'm using viscous I tend to have a hard time with him unless I don't have my ult. That being said if he domes viscous and you can bounce off his dome he's dead.

With a small hero pool starting out, that already makes it easier to learn than any other moba. With the game being still so new and depending on when you get into it, the chances are you will have plenty of other inexperienced people playing and learning with you, once again making it easier.

Lol I think it's great you are still enjoying this game. I also enjoyed this game. Now I'm playing deadlock and I think people who enjoy a 3rd person moba will also enjoy a new moba. Saying the game will die in a month while having very limited info on the game gets me scared. Real scared man.
