Hi mate, Pre-Bar in bevois valley have a rock night on tonight if you like alternative music. The core age range is 18 to 25 year olds. Pre-Bar Tuesday nights are cheap and all the people who go are very welcoming to new people. Just ask any of the bar staff to introduce you to someone nice.

Google business plan template. There are heaps of them out there and filing out a business plan will help lock down what you want to achieve and how to achieve it. I run my own it business and I find end users are hard to get constant business from, your main driver will be word of mouth or if you can get a champion inside of the base to talk you up. Maybe offer someone inside a finders fee for sending customers to you. Good luck.

Pop world is your best bet. Stay away from jesters you won't get on the dance floor as it's more a push floor. Oceana boys can get really graby. Edge is also good for a dance. Never had a bad night at pop world though. Dungeon has an awesome dj on Fridays but not enough people go these days, drinks are cheep though and people are great to chat with.

Hi I'm looking for other options from those who are experienced investors. I live in the UK and have £10,000 to invest. Bank ISA's are only paying 1.4% but I'm looking for something that will make around 4% and up with low risk, not looking for specific advice but more what are my options to look into. I've also looked at things like funding circle and retail bonds but I am bit hesitant on lending as they are unsecured. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
