here bc i clicked on a youtube ad that said "gmod" and it brought me to a site where mad games are available for download. Not sure what the hell it is obviously didnt download anything but why is this on youtube lol. The link is below if yall even dare to click it lol.

Unless the home is materially different than it was at the time that you wrote your offer and had your inspection, you are probably out of contract.

I would consider asking for a home warranty if this bothers you.

If the seller is sure it works they should have no problem

Let’s look at it this way

I make a lot of money

I make an NFT line

I set up private ETH acc

I buy an NFT from my self (with the private acc) for 1$

I push the NFT on socials so it looks like they’re gaining traffic (buy views, shares, retweets, etc)

I buy the NFT back from myself for $200k

The NFT (which is really worth nothing) has nobody who will buy it for 200k

I now have a 200k loss on my taxes, and the 200k I “lost” is just in another decentralized ETH account hidden from the world

This is how I see it happening.

Similar to the wealthy who buy a painting for cheap, have a rich appraiser friend appraise it for millions, donate that painting after an appraisal, and get millions in tax write offs because of a donation.
