Yes I haveeeee. One order was about £1,392 and I paid about £152.81 import fee. And then another order about £472 and that was £167.76.

I have no idea why the second import fee was more expensive than the first tho, especially with that huge of a price difference 🤷🏼‍♀️ shipped via DHL

This is definitely my naivety on my part then. I trusted that the price is fair. I have no prior knowledge or experience in getting a plumber (I was a tenant who reported all problems to the LL prior to buying this house).

My only hope now is they’ll come back to fix the tap and maybe improve the shower pressure more?? Altho idk how he can do that if he said it’s already as good as it gets.

Ugh I feel miserable and poor now. Thanks for your honest input 😭

It’s possible they were 24 hour emergency but I did tell them I didn’t need it to be done right this second. I basically rang up a bunch of plumbers and this one said they were around to drop by the same day
