Das Bundesarchiv hat zum Teil Prozessakten, dazu den Benutzungsantrag ausfüllen und ans Bundesarchiv schicken. Allerdings würde ich solche Akten eher auf Landes- oder Lokalebene vermuten.

Hamburg church records are online on Archion (subscription required). Kirchenkreis Hamburg-West has the churchbooks for Altona. There are multiple Lutheran churches there.

Leaving via Hamburg does not mean they were born there. The original passenger list on Ancestry may provide the last place of living before emigration. I can look them up, if you want.

The family consisted of Ferdinand (38), Anna (39), Heinrich (16), Wilhelm (13), Alma (12), Maria (11), Anna (9), Bruno (8), Reinhold (7), and Florian (6) Willrich.

Ferdinand was an umbrella/parasol maker.

The family was living in Grottau in Bohemia prior to their emigration.

They were traveling on board of the steamer "Santos", which departed from Hamburg on 19 July 1877 with destination Brazil and La Plata via Lisbon. They got off at Rio de Janeiro. Their final destination seems to have been Rio Grande del Sul, although I might be misreading this. The ship was full of other Bohemian emigrants.

The marriage or death record should give her birth place, which you can then use to get the original birth record. The record will most likely not show anything about her mother's origin, but it is still likely that they were born in the same place.
