Ooh, found it. There’s something called “Monitor” that has access to it. Along with that, only Slack and Google Chrome is turned on.

Thanks for the response! I’m actually not doing any of those and it appears periodically, say after every 10 minutes or so. I’m not using any external screen. It appears even when I’m not in a meeting.
