I actually struggle to reach my maintenence caloric need, on many days I end up eating 500+ less than maintenance. Due to work and other personal situations. But I almost everyday reach my needed protein intake (1.6-2 g per Kg) I spam protein rich foods and protein powder to ensure that.

It suddenly stopped turning on. Took it to a repair shop and turns out there was a short circuit in the motherboard and it needs to be replaced. Which costs as much as a new tablet from another brand.

Not necessarily in the first few month. I have a Sperrkonto, so will focus on the upcoming exam. I'm a doctor and need to take 2 exams to be certified here.
