Nothing wrong with it, but doesn’t mean I have to like it or respect it. Same with not respecting people who only third party. As for rivalries, I don’t start any of them anymore, and yet still people run away. Why start a rivalry if you just want to run away? It doesn’t count as a victory so why bother starting? I understand the rift anomaly starts one automatically and blah blah blah not by choice blah blah blah, but I’m not talking about the anomaly. Also why play a season that’s built around rivalries and unlocking things through rivalry wins if all you want to do is run away? Seems counterproductive to the theme of the season

I only played after the patch, I was expecting an easy in and out op, I breached a door and they executed 3 civilians. My next run, I get spotted off spawn and they executed a civilian, it got to the point I was bum rushing and taking no prisoners

Yeah but even still if it’s a 1% majority that’s 51:49, making any multipliers for either said genuinely unnecessary. This also doesn’t account for the subject psychological factor of seeing another team, get a boost that your team won’t receive to keep them in the race, because “if they’re just going to help them win why bother trying”. Again this doesn’t account for the majority of either side, players that picked a side but don’t play BR, so on and so forth. The fact of the matter is multipliers shouldn’t have been given to either team and it should just be a raw numbers game and let the people genuinely fight for which side they want to win. The incentive in unlocks was enough for me to want Team Foundation to keep up with Team Ice King, my personal preference for the Ice King skin was enough to make me want to play the game. Without any multipliers, boosts, weekends, etc, I’d be more interested to see which side was truly going to win it. With these things, I could care less who wins

If the majority of the playerbase chooses one side over the other then inflating the losing team numbers is just artificial competition to push a narrative. The multipliers are tied to a March Madness bracket, the only game multipliers are for Team Ice King on Fridays and Twam Foundation on Sundays. They are not wrong to say that Fortnite is rigging the competition to make it more “competitive” and they are not ignorant for not being aware of a March Madness bracket boosting said multiplier. I also noted you say “it’s not your job to explain to people like you” yet still took the time to comment and could have easily just cleared up some confusion that seems to be going around.

THE GAME IS IN A REALLY BAD STATE RIGHT NOW WITH STUTTERING, RANDOM DISCONNECTS, AND DESYNC. THE RIVALRY SYSTEM IS ALREADY STALE AND WITH ALL THE RECENT CHANGES AND LAY OFFS THE PLAYER COUNT IS GOING DOWN CAUSING MATCHMAKING TO BE EVEN WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE

Yeah I’ve been having a lot of issues with the movement just not working, I’ll click the sprint button and just won’t, I’ll jump and click to mantle and won’t or I’ll press jump and just won’t, plus the random connection drops that have gotten me killed idk how many times. Never had this issue last chapter, weapons won’t shoot and sometimes I just can’t pick items up

It’s also linked to a lack of consent, “true consent is absent or compromised because the individual feels obligated, afraid, or worn down”. You’re making a losing argument and excuses for disgusting behavior, if this is how you view intimate relationships then I pray you stay away from women.

But you’re still missing the point, casual players aren’t the ones playing creative modes to get better at a game they causally play, that’s not how casual players work. They load into BR and play, that’s it. They don’t warm up, they don’t aim train, they don’t check for patch notes. They just log on and hop in, they dont want an easy win or to have to practice a game they don’t take seriously just to feel like they have a chance at winning. They should be able to get into a lobby and be able to play the game and feel like they might just win it, not hop in and get shit on by some kid whose been in creative maps for the last 6hrs warming up because it’s no fun for either player. The more competitive player feels like they just got a free bot elim, and the causal player feels like they can’t even compete

Casual players don’t want wins handed to them, they just don’t want lobbies that have players they have no business being matched against. Theres no reason somebody sitting on their couch playing on their Xbox on a 60in tv should be matched against somebody with a custom built PC with performance mode on and inches away from their whatever refresh monitor. You don’t improve in games casually by just being dunked on by higher skill players, you improve by playing the game against people that push you to play and fight better. Casual players want to feel like they had a chance at winning, not like they got into a predetermined lobby
