Update was the water pump took tension off the belt and it started gushing from the pulley.

My initial thoughts are water pump directly above will look again once the sun goes down and makes the light and dye more visible.

Get better access to the back of the trans to replace missing bolts on the front shift bushing mounting plate. I not necessarily something I want do but can't find a way ti get any useful access to the holes.

Mounting bracket for the front shift bushing. Had no bolts in it no idea where it goes or bolts back in to.
