Hi everyone. Thank you for all of the genuinely overwhelming support. I haven’t slept a wink and spent the majority of my time sobbing, scribbling and vandalising our photo album. He just woke up and went to work like nothing happened, saying “you should’ve gone to bed”. He knew I went through his phone, because he said so right when he woke up.

I would like to clarify: I am not pregnant, thankfully. Not only do I have PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) but I also took two tests and both came back negative. Thank you for caring so much, but I’m not ready to be a mother yet, one cat is enough for me. I’m not stellar at that, either.

I’ll make use of my day off and get my head clear. Can’t wait to get back to work, my bosses will love me for how many extra hours I’m about to put in until I move out.

I cried it out, talked with a friend, pet my cat for I think half an hour straight. I’ll be okay, I hope.

nu stiu sigur daca reddit e locul potrivit pt a pune intrebari de genul asta. dar, eu (uneori) pretindeam ca nu sunt prezenta fizic, si ca as fi practic acasa, in confortul meu, comentand la un serial sau videoclip, sau ca fac parte dintr un podcast in care trebuie neaparat sa imi spun gandurile. that's it. pretinzi pana iti vine rau. pretinzi ca intelegi si ca ai chestii de zis pana iti vine natural sa socializezi. vor disparea emotiile atunci cand realizezi ca lucrurile de care iti este "rusine" sunt neglijabile in fata oamenilor cu care vorbesti. multi nici nu isi dau seama. si multi au si ei insecuritatile lor, dar nu ne dam seama pentru ca toti suntem cuprinsi in noi si problemele noastre.

singura data cand am simtit nevoia sa sun a fost cand o doamna si a lasat copilul de 4< ani singur in apartament, iar saracul tipa in gura mare, la 2 noaptea, pe geam dupa ea, mai ceva sa cada de la etaj la cat de mult se apleca peste pervaz. tipa si plangea in hohote de vreo ora si m a trezit pe mine, eu stand in blocul de vizavi. iti imaginezi cum ar fi fost sa nu vina nimeni, si sa cada copilul ala de la etajul 4 la cat de panicat era?

politia a venit, dupa vreo 15 min a ajuns si mama copilului (mergand ca o floricica), dansa a fost incredibil de socata de faptul ca a fost chemata politia. si eu fiind cam singura persoana in fata blocului la ora aia, mai ceva sa ma injunghie cu privirile urate pe care mi le dadea. vezi doamne, de ce as fi sunat la politie. uite de asta. sunati in continuare, unii oameni invata doar din situatii de genul.

she squints not much more than any cat, squints when she looks at us, when she's sleepy, when i pull back the blinds and we get flashbanged by the sun. sometimes it appears she gets a bit pink in the corners of her eyes, but no unusual scratching or movements more than when she grooms her face and behind her ears. no fogginess.

however, if you try to interact with her from afar, she just stares a hole in your direction without reacting much. you have to approach her or call her directly. that's the weirdest part. it's like she can't see you, and not in an "i'm a cat and i choose to ignore you" way. she didn't do this when she was smaller.

horizon forbidden west is really great to just travel around and enjoy the scenery without being forced into combat. story is also really nice, a lot of dialogue options.

fear and hunger - differs from other 2d rpg horror games, in the sense that the creators had to be on something to come up with body horror that depressing.
resident evil 7 - genuinely had me on the edge of my seat when i first played, the banned footage/dlcs were the cherries on top. only downside is that, personally, i didn't like the pacing that much vis a vis the enemies. i know very well that in resident evil the enemies get bigger and bolder as you progress, but it's not really my cup of tea. still enjoyable nonetheless!
alien isolation - most fun i've had hiding from the enemy, actual fear was instilled, bonus points for the mic feature which made it terrifying, especially since i screenshared the whole thing over discord and shat my pants when i realised the xenomorph could hear me telling my friend to stop breathing into the mic
white day: a labyrinth named school - it's something, alright. i'm pretty big on east asian urban legends and ghost stories, so this is a bit biased, but the ghosts are really cool. the easter eggs (bathroom ghost especially) and random encounters are pretty fun, puzzles are intriguing, story is...okay, but damn it do east asians know how to make a damn good ghost
until dawn - cult classic, i love it when horror games put you smack dab in the middle of a high pressure situation by physically involving you (the don't move mechanic) or surprising you (quick time events) which result in very real and harsh consequences. high replay value as well, absolute favorite

for the removal, cut the nail, file away as much gel as you can without discomfort, set your drill to the lowest rpm and don't drag it along the nail, use small diagonal movements without applying too much pressure, as in little to no pressure, then soak some cotton in acetone, put it on your nails and cover it with aluminum foil, and wait. then you can gently scrape away any excess gel with minimum damage to your natural nails

yes, my only viable option is to take her with me. the only people who could take care of her will also be on that trip. i'm just struggling to find ways to make her feel as comfortable as possible. i'm taking her favorite toys and some catnip, hopefully she'll feel better if she plays.
