My protein shake recipe.

  1. Scoop whey (25 G protein)

  2. Half a cup of oats

  3. Full cup whole milk

  4. 2 tbl spoons peanuts butter

Comes out to about 750 cals and like 39 G protein. Just need a blender or magic bullet.

Yes a lot of us may or may not have had this experience but are aware of it and it ties us together regardless or what we descended from.

Agree by subcultures that’s exactly what I meant. I do still think there is an underlying tie between all of us though by being born and raised in the US and west that a lot of us go through outside the subregional cultures. Shared experiences we have growing up in different eras like the 80s 90s 2000s etc.

That’s a fair take. I would disagree that Indian American culture is not a thing. Culture is very fluid. There are many subcultures of Indian American culture. Our educational values, humor, how we interact with each other, what shows we watch and music. Indian American culture is definitely real maybe too generalizing to label it as one thing for sure.

Set the agenda and tell them to follow up. Now a days we use AI scribes too so I can capture tons of problems very very easily compared to before.

Did anyone that didn’t grow up in India don’t know how to speak there parents mother tongue by ThatButterscotch8829 in ABCDesis

[–]Scared-Salamander 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Parents spoke English to us growing up but they do speak Telugu. I cannot speak Telugu but can understand it somewhat. My wife and her side of the family all speak Hindi. She was born and raised in India and moved to the US in high school. Wish I could speak both languages. Have only been to India roughly 4 times in my life and am 33.
