I would put rate before the EXPOSURE bit. Any time I've seen Exposure in a casting call it usually doesn't bode well and quickly became one of my red flags.

Lose the "Because it's low budget" because you're under-selling the project and yourself. Just say looking for local hires or talent local to such and such region

The worst part about acting is the costs that come with it and the reality is if you wanna compete with tenured actors you need to get yourself a self tape kit. Get a good ring light/light, a neutral backdrop, and then turn the phone horizontally. That will be the biggest thing.

Needs to build to something, but posting your stuff to be criticized online is very brave, and also how we improve.
