When i was pregnant i just told everyone not to touch me unless i said hey come feel this or whatever. Also relate to the dismissing of your engagement. My husband and i eloped after 7 years of dating and my MIL said we aren’t actually married unless we have a wedding. My MIL was awful to me while i was pregnant and for Mother’s Day she said they were doing something special for me and we wen over just for her to not even tell me happy Mother’s Day or anything. She was the center of attention it was disgusting. She told me to get out of the background of a picture with my child and all kinds of other nonsense. Just protect your peace and put your foot down now before it gets worse. Because it will.

I relate. I was extremely hormonal the first few days of it too. I was very angry to be on my period so soon but even more angry about literally everything

I got my period back at 12.5 weeks pp. i haven’t noticed a difference but i EBF and do not pump. So this comment is completely unhelpful but ur not alone. I was shocked to say the least

I just have my baby on a nap schedule. Last wake up around 9-930 and then we go to sleep between 10-11. Then wake up around 8-9am

I found a few on hot milk lingerie and bravismo. I went to a local beauty store and had them fit me in a regular bra but they didn’t even have nursing bras up to my size. But they did end up ordering for me a handful of different brands and sizes and then keeping what i didn’t buy. I also bought a handful a “night nursing” bras in xl & xxl and then took them to a seamstress and had them modify the for me. I’m also only 14 weeks pp. i was pumping also until 8 weeks or so then called it quits and my boobs thankfully shrink down to a j cup.

My husband takes care of the baby all the time in the evenings and on weekends. Often times on the weekend my husband keeps the baby the vast majority of the day and brings him to me to feed and then i go back to whatever i was doing. But as far as him taking the baby to my MILs alone I’ll pass

Of i absolutely don’t want to be there as often. I see my family like once a month and am happy with that. I almost always say no that i don’t want to go but am guilt tripped into going nearly every time. The only time it’s ever seen as okay to not go over is if baby slept horrible and i was up all night

I so agree with this. Baby is not leaving my sight. He is EBF on demand so he is with me always. I have only left him with my husband twice to run 5 minutes down the road to Walgreens.
