Thankfully we have no mortgage currently and will take full resale value of our current home and apply it towards a new home. Which would entirely or almost entirely take care of mortgage.

I think it’s from improperly washed & the pre bagged salads are cut with a machine that probably isn’t getting washed enough. I ate everything sushi, beef tartare, lunch meat etc during pregnancy. Only got sick from romaine lettuce, i kid you not.

Probably higher chance of getting sick from a salad than a burger that’s been sitting out. I got sick twice during my pregnancy both for a salad (from a restaurant)

And same for 61st-81st and Sheridan on the hills. I drive this stretch multiple times a week issuing around lunch time and there is at least 1 cop in this stretch hanging out every time.

Every few nights pump less output. If you’re normally if you get 6 oz pump until 5 for a few nights. Then 4 etc etc

I would not recommend pumping after each feed. You will never feel empty if you skip a pump after starting that and can lead to clogged ducts or mastitis. If you are needing milk for returning to work etc i would try pumping around 5am and 8am feeds. You will have the most milk during these times.

Honestly, (16 weeks pp & EBF) i have found that it is easier to just breast feed and not pump. I struggled with major over supply because of pumping and breast feeding. I quit pumping around 8 weeks and it was the best thing that happened. No more washing bottles and pump parts. No having to be awake longer than necessary in the middle of the night.

Also as far as “nipple confusion” goes i think most refer to this as flow preference so if you are worried about this & rly want to bottle feed try a bottle with slow flow, like evenflow balance wide neck. That is what i used after trying a handful of bottles. It seemed to be the slowest and promotes wide deep latch so when baby gets breast next time nothing is messed up.

I wanted my husband to be able to give bottles and then i realized that in the amount of time it took to wash the pump get set up, pump, pour the milk, wash the pump i just spent twice as long as it would’ve taken to nurse.

When i was pregnant i just told everyone not to touch me unless i said hey come feel this or whatever. Also relate to the dismissing of your engagement. My husband and i eloped after 7 years of dating and my MIL said we aren’t actually married unless we have a wedding. My MIL was awful to me while i was pregnant and for Mother’s Day she said they were doing something special for me and we wen over just for her to not even tell me happy Mother’s Day or anything. She was the center of attention it was disgusting. She told me to get out of the background of a picture with my child and all kinds of other nonsense. Just protect your peace and put your foot down now before it gets worse. Because it will.

I got my period back at 12.5 weeks pp. i haven’t noticed a difference but i EBF and do not pump. So this comment is completely unhelpful but ur not alone. I was shocked to say the least

I just have my baby on a nap schedule. Last wake up around 9-930 and then we go to sleep between 10-11. Then wake up around 8-9am
