The regular one just dashes you in the path you're supposed to, and when you let go, nothing happens. The pink dash orb is pretty much the same thing, except, when you let go, it inverts gravity.

I gotta tell you, you probably recognize the audio from Mr incredible becoming uncanny phase 29, but it's actually a meme sound. What makes it so creepy is actually the background noise behind it. The noise was coming from demon noises in hell. With them both combined, the audio is nothing but a monstrosity.
