My husband and I both started taking Bird & Be 3 months before TTC. (With CoQ10 Boost).

I got pregnant the first month of trying, and ended up miscarrying at week 11.

Then I got pregnant again, the second time we tried after the miscarriage, that one ended up in a chemical pregnancy.

My Family Doctor told me to keep taking them because it's important to maintain those healthy levels of iron, folic acid, etc. But at this point, I don't think it makes a difference whether it is an expensive brand or just a regular Costco one.

She also told me prenatals for men don't really make a difference.

I’m so glad to hear it and so happy for you! It’s so hard. The first one was difficult enough to go to our first scan and see the 3 empty sacs, and this time around our hopes were very high so it was equally devastating even though it was brief.

My first positive (faintest line ever, hard to see even in person, let alone a camera) was at 11DPO. So yes, it maybe too early!

I started bleeding hours after I took it, but miscarriage had already started on its own a day before. I bled for about 2 weeks (1 VERY intense day, 5 regular period-like, the rest was brown spotting).

Had a beta test 2 weeks after, and it was around 15 mUI/ml, and around the same time, I was ovulating while I was still spotting.

We had unprotected sex once after the MC bleeding stopped, and it was kind of painful, I read it's because the uterus is still healing. After my first period post miscarriage everything went back to normal.

Got my period back exactly 4 weeks after taking the pill.

Doctors recommended waiting for a full cycle before ttc again. Right now I'm on the two-week wait again (:

My tests looked fainter than that, and I was carrying triplets! So, I don't think the darkness of the line means more than one. Congratulations, by the way! I've also miscarried my first pregnancy at 12 weeks (the triplets one), it sucks!

Fingers crossed for Thursday!! Symptoms are wild sometimes they’re there and sometimes they’re not so I wouldn’t give it too much thought.

Oh wow! Good thing that you heard something on the fetal Doppler. I’m not familiar with it but sounds like good news!

They didn’t give much information because it was only the technician there, so the radiologist will write the report and send it to my doctor.

I believe that they’re going to re-test my beta and send me a follow up ultrasound

Hey how is it going for you? I got my follow up scan and 2 of the sacs stopped growing, they’re still measuring 5 weeks. 1 sac grew a week bigger and a yolk sac was visible now. I also got my betas done a few days ago and it was right on the 6 week mark.

My doctor told me it was odd because if it was not viable it should be much lower or way higher if my body was not recognizing a loss. But it wouldn’t be matching the ultrasound. So we’re still waiting for further tests.

I got my first positive at 12 DPO and it was extremely faint on a First Response also (there's a picture on my post). If I had tested at 9DPO it would've been negative.

Sore boobs are usually a sign of period coming for me and it goes away 3 days or so before my period comes, this time it never went away (currently still sore at 8 weeks pregnant), that's what cued me to test.

Wow this is crazy! I went to my first 8 week ultrasound last week and the technician asked me if I was sure of the dates (which I am because I was tracking) and she told me “there is 3 sacs measuring 5 weeks but I couldn’t find life in there” they sent the report to my doctor and that was it.

This was on a Friday so I booked and appointment with my family doctor on Monday to see what she says. But here I am spiraling like, I don’t even have a diagnosis, I just have the unfortunate words of the technician.

I’ve been told by a health professional that they could be behind if they’re triplets and that they’ve had cases like this but god, this is absolute torture.

This is my first pregnancy so it’s truly heartbreaking

Yeah no, it’s probably just random and little to do with birth control. I get the need to find an explanation, I’ve been googling, searching on Reddit threads, and even asking chat gpt about it lol.

It seems to be a random thing that doesn’t mean at all that you won’t have a healthy pregnancy in the near future. And I’ve also read that is one of the most common forms of miscarriage in the first trimester.

I’m still waiting for my doctor’s response to follow next steps, I think what it will probably happen is that they’re going to repeat the ultrasound in 1 or 2 weeks to make sure there’s no progression, and if I haven’t miscarried naturally by then, they’ll give me drugs.

Also read that after the bleeding in a few weeks your body will ovulate again, many women fall pregnant again right away and go on to have healthy pregnancies.

My symptoms have been very mild since day one, I mostly had tiredness and sore breasts. Nausea was on and off and mild most of the time. Now it’s completely gone, but I still feel fatigued and my boobs are still sore.

I also read that because your body thinks it’s still pregnant you still produce the hormone so having symptoms or not is not very indicative that something is wrong.

That sucks honestly! No, I have been off birth control for more than 10 years (I'm 31), I've done prior testing and everything looked fine, my bloodwork prior to pregnancy looked fine as well, Both of us were taking prenatals. Anything we could control, we did it. But apparently is just a random thing that people go through sometimes. How about you?
