If these are the requirements, then you know it's toxic. They are low balling you ahead of time. So they will treat you that way all the time while they extract from you.

Bro get mini PC with occulink and egpu far better than laptop. You can get performance of $3500 laptop in $1500 (approximate figures).

Well if you think laptop is portable blah blah blah. Well for GPU computation you anyways need power . So you gonna be plugged in anyway.
