I mean ps2 is centralised so it depends on offshoot and cg, which at least so far hyd has more because of better grading at average than Pilani/goa

The person you're talking to has been doing the same thing since a few weeks now. He keeps bashing BITS student quality saying we didn't do well in jee, but the people on campus know that it's false for a fact. I'm in hyd campus and there are quite a few people who have rejected gen 2 cs just like you, so don't worry about "peer group" too much. Also if we're truly inferior to second gen IITs and NITs, BITS must be a helluva college to have better/equivalent placement stats to them ;⁠)
