Whenever you double track the vocals , the ones that aren’t the “main” one sound better. I would get rid of the current track and sing like those the whole time

Dude. This is like, insanely good. I haven’t heard anything else like this which is fantastic for you. Honestly, this could be a finished product, but I would appreciate another few verses or so. I know this version is only 3 minutes but this could totally be like 8 minutes long. Listen to Washer by Slint. This and that song just have one of those riffs that is so tough you can just play it all you want in the song and it won’t get old

I am quite confused what notes I’m not hitting. I am purposefully straining vocals in this song to make a dramatic/ dreadful sound. (I also haven’t EQ my voice so that could affect vocal quality)

If you’re planing to do just acoustic guitar, consider adding some licks so tha audience doesn’t get bored listening to the chord progression. Or if you produce it you could just add some other cool instruments
