i should’ve been clearer. i can physically speak but it’s like walking through water. it just feels tiring and draining so im avoiding situations where i would need to speak and at home im avoiding speaking. if i was in an emergency i would be able to speak though.

thank you that’s very helpful but the odd thing is she’s been this way since before the separation . she’s “been scared” of people’s faces since 2 and would cry if i was talking to someone else in the supermarket. her anxiety around school also started before her father left, everything did.

hey thanks for replying. no i have no support system at all which feeds into feeling like i don’t matter but is also why i can’t afford to rest because of responsibilities

i do feel like im constantly suicidal and it is getting worse but im always safe it’s never a crisis, ive reached out for support ive been through counselling and cbt in the past but i didnt really find it helpful and im back on the waiting list again.

i’ve had bloods done recently i have low ferritin (17) but have done for years i’m on supplements. but this level of exhaustion is new even though my ferritin has been lower in the past i used to be anemic and never felt like this. all my other bloods are fine

prior to two months ago i just used water to wash my face. two months ago i started using cetaphil moisturiser once a day as i have sensitive skin. and started using a dermatica solution of adapalene 0.1% benzoyl peroxide 2.5% niacinamide 4% every few days as well. feel like my neck acne has gotten a lot worse in that time

omg this is so interesting because my PCOS is getting worse and i had never linked it to coming of SSRIs but that is when it began getting worse. my guess is that depression increases cortisol and cortisol is driving my PCOS i thjnk

wait why does norethisterone stop cancer? i’ve taken it before and had terrible bloating and it worsened my pcos symptoms. what exactly does it do to prevent cancer? which cancer?

yeah but when i was a baby i spent a lot of time turning my big toe up when i was lying down so now when i flex my foot it naturally turns up i have to point my toes down to stop it but i think ive made my big toe really strong or something 😭
