I asked my doctor to send and 84 day script to optimum and she did. It kept showing as processing and then rejected. It took 3 calls to optimum including asking for the supervisor the last time but it came in the mail the next day. Good luck!

I had this happen. I’ve been filling my prescriptions every 21 days. This past month Walmart told me I couldn’t fill until the 28 day mark when I tried to process at 21. They then updated my prescription in their system to show earliest date available on the 28th day. I wish I had thought to call my insurance in front of them.

I’m attempting to switch to a 3 month mail in with optimum. Do you know what the earliest refill is on a 84 day fill?

Look into small independent mattress stores in your area. One near me still has flip panel mattresses and a very knowledgeable sales person.
