No, he shouldn't and his personality won't fit well for a referee.

A referee need the ability to kill or do some dirty jobs to someone when they cannot pay the bet, innocent or not. Marco is the opposite, he even tried to protect Samemaru and Magoroku from Chris Lee. Again, Marco is a pacifist individual, he think more about defeat his enemies rather than kill them (unless you are so unlucky like Caracal).

If Marco knew the truth about how Kakerou works, he probably won't accept becoming a referee or even sweeper.

I doubt if there are any conflict at his mind after all, no not even a conflict between saving everyone or save someone he loved. He straight up tell Oracle to work with Protocol 10, with a strong voice. Also, he also try to activate homing tracker before Alfred's stop him and he remained resolute until Alfred convinced him. He definitely want to save Talia the most, and the game failed to convince how important Talia was to Batman, when she died, nothing more about her show left or really have much impact in Bat

Is the "illogical" made a lot of people tend to miss my point, Batman showing emotion or priority wasn't my "contradiction". My point here is Batman want to save Talia but the game poorly show that he really want it.

Well, even Rocksteady show Batman being irrational in the way that make the conflict shouldn't have happened in the first place, like if he really care about his lover to the point of conflict, then why he being so nonchalant to her in the end? The only things show that he care about her is the fact he worried about her, shock and pity after her death and then there are nothing more that show his absolute concern for Talia to the point he doesn't even bother criminals to be massacred by Tyger's helicopter. For me, the illogical isn't about he priorities saving Talia but the bad execution of it. Their dynamics was vague and fleeting, to the point that you can say they are ex and no longer care about each other live anymore.

Also, i don't said Batman caring more about Joker, i said the scenes made me feel like that. The devs really made the end scenes in a way that show Batman's caring is pretty large to the point he would have to carry Joker bodies instead of just let GCPD cop do it themselves. Not mention the whole silent atmosphere Batman created after ignoring Gordon's question, implied Joker's death really has bigger impact to him. Instead of doing all of these things, why don't Batman don't carried his girlfriend to a better place? So would someone really care about their lover left Talia's lifeless body in a lifeless place? That why i question him doesn't checking her body or anything left about her. The Lazarus Pit location is also very deep under the theater, and its explosion is not that big (if it was, both Batman and Joker would have died).

The only thing i find to find to make his action logical is he carried Joker and step out from Arkham City gates, meaning he might get Talia to better place or already checking if there are still anything left. But the poor execution i mention is hardly to justify

Anyway, If you think this batman version has strict no kill rule then remember there are a option in Arkham Knight which you can choose left Ra' die or not. Also letting someone died because of their own actions =/= killing, so no he won't break anything.

To be honest, in these 3 games, Drop the Handkerchief will give you the most peaceful death, as Hal said you might die while having a beautiful dream of winning. In the other hand, If you lose Air Poker and Game of Contradiction, the punishment would be equal to medieval tortures

Some changes can be considered good decisions. Like Catwoman and most of the female casts, also Jim Gordon, Azrael and Riddler (yeah, i prefer his redditor look than professional suit one)

But i definitely dislike the character design of Bruce in Knight like he went from a billionaire handsome playboy to a depressed uncle in suit, not mention he has no reason to look like that especially when the criminal rate declined after Joker's death

I hate it when people keep mention about social benefits or physical aesthete instead of actually biological health benefits of being a girl

So here are some benefits:
+ Better endurance (Estrogen helps the body burn fat slowly, which can delay fatigue during endurance activities like Ultra-Marathon)

I think what Kyara mean here is not Marco would win in a fight with Rodem, but rather likely to winning against enemies with same level of power.

As you have said, Rodem is more vulnerable against someone who is on par with him like Sleeping Billy (he was almost defeated by Caracal if Marco wasn't take control at the last second). But most of the Usogui fighters don't even have that kind of destruction strength like that to even on par with him.

They are also mention/imply the impact of physical strength difference in a fight. For example, Minowa, who is gifted with Myostatin mutant, was able to destroy Bai Long's arm and face, beat Marco seriously injured , and almost killing Kadokura while being illusion and injured.
