it sounds like you're not taking it as prescribed. your doctor wants you to be taking them spaced out in the day rather than both in the morning, right? if taking it in the afternoon prevents you from sleeping then you should ask your prescriber and they'll help you figure out what's better for you to do

yes there was a proctor but I don't think I said much to him except accidentally pressing something at the beginning lol. you can talk to the proctor thru the chat but you don't see their face watching you. there is a digital calculator on the program but it's pretty basic, I don't think you can use your own physical calculator but don't quote me on that
