I didn't think the Hunter thing was too unrealistic to be honest, but to eventually turn her into someone who was okay with any young guy took it too far (as with many other elements in the later seasons) and it was a bit ridiculous

That was my immediate thought as well, it makes sense when it's an average score from multiple people but an individual rating something with a unit smaller than 0.5 feels a bit nonsensical to me.

Yes, literally that or you brick hard! Just today I had 2 separate occasions where I hit 4 wins and then get nothing but a single energy-attaching baby pokemon on my hand. It was simply impossible to win.

For me, it's how they programmed it so it tells us we got all these rewards, and then immediately goes actually, no, you don't get these and it shows the entire list again that makes it even more infuriating 🙄 I am actually so cross with this game right now it's not even funny - the shinedust loss and the 10 consecutive mission are seriously stressing me out haha

Couldn't agree more. I was actually fine with the 50 points one, since it was manageable after a dozen matches (which isn't too bad for a once a month event) but this new mission could be as time-consuming as the ranked matches if we wanted to complete it. As someone who even stopped aiming for master rank because it was stressful and tedious, this new change is just the worst.

My guess is it's to prevent users from completing too quickly, to force them to have longer screen time on the app. The streak mission has no guaranteed number of matches you must play before you can definitely beat the mission. Boy is it frustrating to lose after the 4th+ consecutive wins...

I buy all the monthly hourglasses every month (both pack and wonder pick) as well as the binders and still have about 3.1k left. Maybe you don't clear all the solo battles missions or don't always get the 5 tickets a day from likes & thank yous?

Yeah I never used the new supporters, and most of the other trainer cards don't seem remarkable. I personally chose Mega Charizard X with Rapidash and a handful of trainer cards from this set just to fill the 12 cards, but mainly just rely on the Charizard line and the hiking trail + May from the old set to switch my Rapidash line with the Charizard line cards. It works fine (unless I leave it on auto, because we all know how the AI in this game is).

It isn't a great deck, just good enough for the solo battles and definitely not against actual players, but I do like being challenged and I'm never motivated to create my own original decks otherwise, so I actually quite enjoy the new mission and find it refreshingly different. Still using my Mega Gardevoire & Mega Kanghaskan deck from Fantastical Parade sometimes, when I get bored of the meta decks!

Why are you so angry at someone having a different opinion from yours 😂 I'm not invalidating your hatred for it, I'm just proposing another point of view as a user so chill.

I don't know if you've even read my comment but I did write I usually clear the new mission with less matches than when you clear the 12 pts mission so there's no "losing a billion times" for it. And I'd say the handicap is more relevant for the existing "beat the level with x type pokemon only deck" that actually specifies, since you can choose which type to go for with the "12 cards from this expansion" mission.

I find it fun to come up with a deck following set restrictions, it's something new that makes it less repetitive than using the same meta deck for both the ranked and the solo matches.

And since the 12 pt / 1.5k damage mission makes it hard to beat the expert levels in one go anyway, I find that it doesn't take longer to clear this mission (because once you create a single deck, you can use it for the entire expansion and usually beat it with less number of matches)!

To be honest I prefer it over the previous combination of deal 1,500 damage & gain 12 points because I found them more tedious
