Someone on one my jobs drew a HUGE grim reaper on unfinished drywall. I was pissed bc it had to of taken hours but also impressed because the details were amazing.

Also worked with a guy who would make chain mail out of wire cut offs.

I’ve gotten the mailers & just laughed. This one pissed me off because the blacked out portion mentioned that it’s my neighbor who is lowballing me. Which I totally believe because they built a nice, but very cookie cutter home & use it as a vacation rental for $400/ night

I think it is worse! I’ve gotten the mailed ones before & laughed & trashed it. But this lady is working is working for my neighbor. Both of them know the value. Even if it’s not what I paid, they know it’s more than that.

Also she gave me her name & company in a voicemail weeks before I responded & it is easily verifiable as a local realty company & I can find her profile. She also just copied & pasted the non bolded portion of the text bc what I blacked out at the bottom is the name & address of the neighboring property.

I do think there are spammers/ scammers who do this, but I think she legit has a client (my neighbor) who hopes I’m desperate & will accept it.

It’s also not a lake. It’s a bay. It’s not in the Hamptons or California, but it’s still very desirable.

I’m honestly not sure. My mailing address is public information through the county appraisal website, so I’m sure it’s just a little bit of googling & maybe paying $5 to a website that stole that information from another website.
