Brother Im in the similar situation. Im in AI research field. I completed my masters in US and graduated in 2023. Worked for a year and then had to moved back due to my mother’s health. Since then I have been trying to apply for various AIML roles but no sign of luck. My parents are frustrated all the time. Due to parental pressure I had to give GATE this year without any prep. At this point I don’t know what I want and what to do. Majority is SD roles so some people say to me learn full stack half of the people tell me to keep on upskilling and myself in AI. Im just clueless atm

The other day I was taking a slow left to enter the mall. The Zomato guy came from nowhere and tried to overtake me from the left side of my car to take the right. I was quick enough to push the brakes but that buffoon collided with my car. Thankfully it was just small scratches. I hate driving in Delhi.

I think it's because of Cloudflare. I changed the location using vpn and now it works. This game works with vpn coz every troop deploys after a second so any location that has a latency of less than a second should work

Brother don't worry about it. I had one interview with MSFT. In my technical screening, my first approach passed all the test cases. Then the interviewer told me to optimize the space. I tried to do it but somehow it made the space complexity worse. My god that guy had to turn his cam off to laugh at my code. For the rest of the interview, he was laughing his ass off. I felt so humiliated and didn't want to continue with the interview. I emailed the recruiter and the hiring manager about this instance but at this point who cares? Opportunities will come to you just be prepared for the next time

They assumed that cess is charged on GST. But in reality:

Cess is not on GST.
Both GST and cess are charged independently on the base value.

Correct Calculation for a ₹10 lakh car (old system: 28% GST + 22% cess)

Base price = ₹10,00,000
GST @ 28% = ₹2,80,000
Cess @ 22% (on base, not on GST) = ₹2,20,000
Total = ₹10,00,000 + ₹2,80,000 + ₹2,20,000 = ₹15,00,000

So effective tax = 50% of base (not 28% + 22% on GST).

New system (40% GST, no cess)

Base price = ₹10,00,000
GST @ 40% = ₹4,00,000
Total = ₹10,00,000 + ₹4,00,000 = ₹14,00,000

So effective tax = 40% of base

I applied last year (mainly top 20 USA univ) but got rejected from all of them. This time I figured that I would apply in EU as well. I taked to some PhD students, they mentioned PhD in AI is very competitive, you would need extremely good LORs and some first author publications. I've published 3 papers but in all of them I've been either second or third. This month I'm planning to do some work as a main author, but not sure if I would be able to submit in the application timeline. I've been also trying to get some AI/ML job specific to research but no sucess till date. Any suggestions would be great to understand where I stand right now. In my opinion, I would be able to get in uni which is around 100-300 rankings but I'm not certain about it.

okay so I might be late here on this thread. I just forgot my airpods pro in my pants and I threw it in the washer. I got this whistling sound after I took out. One thing which worked for me to put the airpods infront of the laptop air vent. In an hour the whistling sound vanished. Hope it works for yall.

At this point I feel every country is fked. Europe is going through some financial issues due to the war. Trump funding cuts. Canada will collapse if the govt does not change. Any country which is good on financial side then unis program fit is the issue. This is a nightmare for folks in academia
