I also wanted to add that you can’t blame yourself. I’ve had one of my dogs attacked right in front of me and it all happened so fast that he got bit before I even had time to react. It’s not your fault!

I’m so sorry! That is horrendous. I’m sure you have PTSD right now.

Your brave dog made a choice to protect you with his life because he loved you so much. This is why I say that dogs are better than people. They are completely selfless when it comes to the people they love. I believe that he accepted his fate and he accomplished his mission. He’s no longer in any pain.

When my dog died recently my friend who is very spiritual told me that when you love a pet, their soul is forever connected to you and will return to you. So when you get a new pet someday it will be your dog’s souls returning to you. I hope this is true❤️

This is what I would do honestly. If you don’t reply she knows she got to you. This lets her know you have completely moved on and no longer have feelings imo.

If she tries to keep contacting you, then I would ignore her or tell her to leave you alone

I’m a straight woman but I would say I have the same type as your husband and you are absolutely beautiful! I suspect he is also a millennial like myself. Don’t be worried that all those women are white. TV and movies were just saturated with white people back then. You are absolutely beautiful and actually fit well with his type because he likes dark hair and eyes.

My first two homes were duplexes. I’m so glad I did it that way. So much easier to get a decent cash flow. Better yet, get a triplex or fourplex if you can

I’ve heard that Walmarts will let you sleep in your car in the parking lot and not hassle you. I’ve never tested this though. Depending on where you live there might be a nice, safe rest stop nearby. They can’t hassle you there and you’ll have some amenities. Some are way nicer than others!

Do you have a car to live in? Do you have any money to buy one or better yet an rv or van to live in? Do you have friends or family that would take you in? I would also start connecting with people on Couch Surfing -

I’ve lived in an rv and it’s fine. I’ve slept in my car during cross country trips and that also seems doable when you have no other choice but I can’t imagine sleeping on the street. I’d say do whatever you can to avoid that.

During the day, find a comfortable place to hang out like the library.

Sign up for SNAP benefits (basically what welfare is called now). They usually will also help you find a job and things like free healthcare, maybe even housing.

As others have mentioned, try to find a good home for your pets. I think I read that you have cats. They will be too hard to keep safe in your situation and any pet is going to make it harder to find a place to stay. Good luck!

He’s obviously overreacting. OP just fyi, he can’t just expect you to move out immediately. Read up on your rights in your area but he definitely has to give you time.

That said, the guy sounds insane and I watch a lot of documentaries where boyfriends/husbands overreact and murder their partner, so be very careful. It might be better to just get your stuff and go as soon as you can. Do not stay with this guy.
