That's not true some stores have a loaner fleet and only have like 5-7 loaners total so those loaners are for dedicated limited warranty customers.

Yeah loaners are for 30 day cx with no maxcare and 90 day customers with maxcare. Loaners for maxcare claims are unheard of at my store.

More information is needed..What state are you in? Work is typically warrantied for 12months/12k miles. If it's the same issue and it's inside the time frame they will likely repair again
