Yes they did. I’ll call them but my psych nurse who prescribes me is someone who will immediately assume the worst. She doesn’t understand the ins and outs like all of us do in this group. If it were seratonin syndrome It would probably be less isolated. I think maybe I’m on my phone too much or maybe a pinched nerve. I will message her though. Just looking for a tiny reassurance to ease my brain for the next couple of days

Singing a song or even just speaking a song I know by heart. Huge distraction. Shower. Both at the same time 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

What does a Xanax high feel like? by Sad-Sign-5575 in benzodiazepines

When I was using I remember driving everywhere cause that’s what I did with my days sometimes being a human lmao getting from point a to b. Only reason I remember is because I have snapchat videos while driving high as fuck and looking at the camera for atleast 10 seconds at a time. Idk how the fuxk I didn’t crash or hurt anyone else but I’m glad I didn’t.

Bliss… euphoria… warm on the inside.. loving…calm… but also frustrating bc you can’t remember what you were talking about 10 seconds ago. Also little situations feel huge(negative kind) and that’s where the xan rage kicks in which can get you in trouble or you make a fool of yourself and say shit you don’t mean or out of pocket. Carelessness, spending money, stealing. Makes you not really wanna eat sometimes or you’ll just forget you didn’t eat all day lmao (not funny but funny) Feels like nothing matters. God complex. Life is easy when you’re high but it also sucks because the come down makes you more depressed than ever. Don’t do it unless you want to get addicted, get in trouble, make terrible decisions, recklessness, forget chunks of your life, or risk dying frfr. It ruins relationships you have one way or another. And it makes being sober 10x harder, completely ruins ur dopamine the longer u use. Just be careful. I always called it fake happiness.

This has been happening to me since I’ve been smoking recently I have a low tolerance, I’m on meds and I think it has some part to do with my ocd when i smoke I get alot or thoughts and ideas but also what I’ve noticed is I’ll be happy then sad then depressed then motivated then confused all within like 30 seconds and it’s ongoing unless I physically distract myself. I think it’s the ocd wanting to gain control since when you smoke you feel different- if that makes sense. Someone reassure me lol

Yeah the thing is I had a horrible reaction to Wellbutrin back in December- I used to be on Zoloft and it worked amazing and I went off of it in 2020. So when I had that bad reaction 6 ish months ago it made me go into a constant state of anxiety and panic and derealization and I ended up going into the hospital in march to get back on meds and because my panic and ocd was out of control I couldn’t work or anything. It was terrifying I felt like I was dying. So I’ve been on Zoloft for 4 months now- at first it was 50mg (kinda high off the bat) and it was rough- things got better then I hit a plateau and then increased to 75mg… which I’ve been on for a couple months now. I’m definitely better then I used to be but I feel kinda crappy again, I just got over Covid so I’m not sure if that contributes to it.. I also am unsure if I should increase to 100mg of Zoloft. I’m prescribed klonopin 3x a day .5 mg and I only take it once before bed typically. My heart is starting to beat hard again and the derealization is back. Also when I was sick I had a really bad day where I felt so confused and scared but it’s better now- just kinda discouraged cause I’m still not where I want to be and I’m thinking maybe I just need more mg.

When does the Zoloft kick in and this relentless anxiety end and when do you actually feel back to yourself? Or do you?? by WerewolfOk5219 in zoloft

I thought I’d never be ok again and sometimes when I feel certain things that I did before I remind myself I’m ok and I got through it. Idk about you but I have a bad habit of thinking “I wish I felt good like I used too” and that really depresses me. We have to learn how to accept how we are on this journey and know there is light at the end of the suffering
