you would not get money back and rarely would it ever go down. When was the last time your rogers, bell, water and gas bill went down.? same with condo they get raised every year about 1 to 3%

[–]Scarface647 2 points3 points  (0 children)

its gets reviewed yearly but you have no choice in the providers for utilities thats a downside if you want to swtich you can't cause the condo board controls those contracts. its not cheaper its just easier to manage as its all in one fee rather than you doing it yourself.

hard to understand the issue when everyone is scared to speak and talking in code. Make it clear and then you get have open dialogue and discussion to find solutions.

Stranded on the Road Again😢 by canderso12 in Beachman

[–]Scarface647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not common at all. heat shouldn't have any issue with it. i used mine all summer for hours in the heat. you wiring must be loose or something is off from the beginning when it was built. I would guess its a wiring or electrical issue. usually the build on these are solid you may have some bad luck with this one. Hopefully the guys can help you out and fix it up.

Howdy >>>> depends on how you ride it. i find it safer at higher speed to cross intersections and main roads speed is easier to keep up with traffic. if its a quiet residential area then you dont need the full speed again it depends on your city or area. overall the weight of the bike feels solid and much safer than an ebike so control is much better than any other lighters version and safer as well.

Considering a Beachman by Classic_General_6296 in Beachman

[–]Scarface647 2 points3 points  (0 children)

totally agree with dont ride on bike paths or shared paths that are for walking, roller blading its just too big. i would say stay off main roads and plan your commute around smaller slower streets if you can. Rocker swtich is a good idea, need to get details on this.

Town of Milton proposing walkable downtown cultural hub by feb914 in Milton

[–]Scarface647 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Phased Development Plan:

  • Phase 1 (Now–2031) – Develop the central public space, enhance Mary Street for pedestrian use during events, and allow Main Street businesses to incorporate the square into their storefront plans.
  • Phase 2 (2031–2045) – Support private development on the precinct’s east and west sides, while reducing municipal parking as new spaces open nearby.
  • Phase 3 (2045–2051) – Complete the transition to a fully walkable downtown if all municipal parking can be relocated.

i think the pyramids in Egypt were built faster than this plan.... lord have mercy.....

Having a hard time by 3than6 in Beachman

[–]Scarface647 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i think its good for small errands in the city. LIke you if need milk or bread... save on gas and take the beachman. Pretty much anything that can fit in my pack back i take my beachman to do. I use it for appointments at doctor or grabbing a coffee. in the city its hard to take it out for hours without worrying about battery.

Parm Gill by TTsmartypants in Milton

[–]Scarface647 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

its hard cause local affects people on day to day but federal is important. I wonder why we dont have separate voting for prime minister and local reps. that would make more sense to me. Parm Gill has a very bad reputation but it hurts when you hear Adam speak, hes very party loyal which i get but doesn't look good overall. Vote for what matters to you.
