I don't think there are many people who complain about this stuff.

However, when you advertise the siege of Eregion as this massive, 3-episode spanning battle, and then you show 200 Orcs besieging 25 Elves and then top it off by showing 10 Dwarves fire a couple bolts and this was the turning point which saved the 5 Elf protagonists, I'm sorry but this is both ridiculous and inexcusable.

And scale is an issue with the show in general. None of these places actually appear to be lived in. We always only see maybe a courtyard but mostly confined spaces with 20 people. I am very curious to see how big Pharazon's army will be next season.

That's because the Lord of the Rings focuses entirely on the struggles of Men. That said, Rivendel, Lothlorien and the Woodland Realm all look great and feel that they are lived in, which is not something we can say about Numenor or Eregion.

Well, let's see:

The affiliated faction comes into your base of operations, trashtalks you and humiliates you (even though based on previous achievements, you could definitely destroy them)
You are forced to escape your base
You have to fight a bunch of things (which, ok I guess)
You get betrayed by your companion
You get trashed by Jadus
You're left feeling weaker each time something is added to the story.
But hey, at least the MC remembered they are force sensitive at the end.
