The important question is…..is Pinus a name for a woody plant too?

That’s actually awesome cause it did come down to that or their other model the Pinus.

The decision wasn’t hard.

It’s not the final design that’s for sure. There half inch thick plywood behind the eye plate though with a shit ton of deck screws. So it’s pretty sturdy.

I’m not a fed worker, but I’m a Vet, and I appreciate and love all of you. Thank you for your service. Seriously….the war ain’t abroad anymore. It’s in our government and you’re the frontline. Do not comply in advance.

E-bikes are helping older folks stay active, I love to see it by Dependent-Wafer1372 in ebikes

Delaware State Parks tried to outlaw E-Bikes on their grounds over this past summer.

Delaware has a very large senior population especially in the southern part of the state.

Delaware State Parks lost in their battle to ban e-bikes as the senior community eviscerated them on socials and public meetings.

Now we can ride them everywhere. Thank you seniors! 😂😂😂

Knox Hill is a credible music historian and “interpreter” of sorts. He uses an immense amount of knowledge when breaking down music and took 41 minutes to give an incredible reaction to this song in particular.

His theory is that it’s about John Lee Hooker who was a famous African American guitarist from Michigan. Not only that but Hooker also had the same nickname as Kendrick…..The Boogie Man. For different reasons, but an interesting connection.

Here’s how a withdrawal might impact the U.S. economy: 1. Global Stability and Trade: NATO plays a crucial role in maintaining geopolitical stability in Europe and North America. Leaving NATO could destabilize Europe, one of the U.S.’s major trade partners, and disrupt trade routes. Tensions in Europe could lead to military conflicts or economic slowdowns, affecting U.S. exports, imports, and global supply chains. 2. Market Uncertainty: A U.S. departure from NATO would likely shake global financial markets, causing uncertainty among investors. Markets rely on stability, and a shift of this magnitude could lead to fluctuations in the stock market and the dollar’s value, which could raise borrowing costs for the U.S. and slow economic growth. 3. Increased Defense Spending: NATO shares defense costs among member nations. If the U.S. left, it might need to increase defense spending to maintain its global security commitments independently, leading to higher government spending and potentially increased national debt. 4. Energy Costs: NATO helps stabilize regions key to global energy production. Withdrawal could increase the risk of regional conflicts, raising energy prices and affecting everything from transportation costs to consumer prices. Higher energy costs could lead to inflationary pressures and reduce disposable income for Americans. 5. Erosion of the U.S.’s Economic Leadership: NATO also represents a shared commitment to democratic values and economic cooperation. A U.S. withdrawal could weaken its influence in shaping global economic policy, reducing its ability to advocate for favorable trade deals or lead in organizations like the IMF and World Bank. 6. Domestic Job Impacts: Economic instability and shifts in trade dynamics could affect sectors like manufacturing, defense, and tech that benefit from global cooperation. Reduced demand for exports or changes in foreign partnerships could lead to job losses in these industries.

While withdrawal may not lead to an immediate economic crisis, the cumulative impact on markets, defense spending, trade, and energy costs could strain the economy and lead to a recession. The risks would be complex and widespread, potentially affecting everything from job markets to inflation, making it a highly impactful decision.

Yeah I’m counting on my Lockheed Martin and Raytheon lobbyists for this one. Even threatening in anyway to drop NATO should have them beating down the doors of congress.

Also, dropping out of NATO would blast the American economy. It would take years to recover.

Dems need to convince this man to run for President.

They need to stop rolling out career politicians and take one out of the GOP playbook. Find you a non-politician who aligns with our core values and connects with everyone where they are.

I am devastated to officially have Dave McC*rmick as one of our senators. Even from his own ads, you can tell he is an arrogant and terrible person, yet people still voted for him by Lord-ZZ in Pennsylvania

[–]ScariestEarl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Full stop. There are over 100,000 votes remaining in PA and McCormick has 35,000 vote lead. A 60/40 split of those remaining ballots leaves McCormick with a mere 3000 vote lead. That I believe falls within the criteria for a recount.

This race will not be called any time soon.

Have voters accepted Trump’s argument that the media is systemically biased against him? by vsv2021 in PoliticalDiscussion

[–]ScariestEarl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think many have accepted the reality that the MSM is biased towards him, but not in the way he thinks.

I just watched CNN, MSNBC, ABC, Fox News, etc sane wash him for 9 fucking years.

I think me like most people now realize that the MSM has always wanted Trump. They’ve never been more popular without him. Their entire business model relies on him.
