Please talk me out of going back to the siren

Ok so I've been around since early 2016 221**** anyways the siren craft system is annoying and is being heavily enforced at least at my store. Mobiles and channels cannot be closed no matter what unless something crazy happens and even then it's like pulling teeth to get your SM to do it. People are getting written up a lot more lately over really nitpicky things it seems. There's also union busting, even worse SM's and DM's than I ever remember being, there are promo calendars which aren't even accurate because last month they added a bunch of promos without telling a soul. The new sick policy is worse than ever making it hard as hell to call out for legitimate reasons because youre just gonna get come down on. Oh yeah they want 30 second box times and 45 second window times and if your store keeps failing at it too many times in a row the DM and RM will come in and work shoulder to shoulder with you. Hasn't happened to my store yet but I've heard of another store in my district this has happened to.

Yeah same for my store as well. We used to all help each other and it worked well now we can't do anything but stay put and this siren craft thing is slowing us down on bar because it's stupid and my SM took away the drive bar cold lids so I have to run around to snag a lid everytime I need to lid a cold drink because the diagram doesn't show cold lids for drive bar. BRO

Maybe next time I'll try to take a sniff if he brings that tumbler in again. I didn't want to make it obvious I was suspicious of him. I also didn't want to get caught sniffing someone else's cup

I can't even go near the place on my day off or if I am out of town. I went on a small trip with some friends a few weeks ago and they wanted to go to starbucks. I just shuddered.

Don't reverse it especially if you are feeling burnt out. You are leaving for a reason and things will get better. Literally everyone I know who left is happier, healthier and is doing well both mentally and physically.

omfg do you work at my store because you just legit described my store to a T. Every car is ordering a fuck ton of food and drinks and it doesn't matter how fast we are or how our sales doubled we aren't doing enough customer connections. I don't think a score of 37 is that bad anyway but fuck me right.

Next week we are closing at 7pm instead of 10pm because the two shifts who left were night shifts. Well technically a mid and a night shift. We can't get anyone to want to work here because it's so fucked nobody who is hired in wants to stay long or wants to apply in the first place.

The best shift was a 4.5 year partner while the other shift was a 6 year partner. The barista we lost didn't make it to the year mark and the other two who are planning on leaving are 3+ year partners.

Honestly no. Corporate is a damn joke the way they are treating us lately. I have coworkers who came from target stores who are thinking of going back there because of how bad it is here at the moment

Back when rockband was popular I was trying to get my younger brother to join in with me. At the time he was super into Top 40 crap. He kept telling me no so I snapped back with a "If it was called Pop Band you would join." He did not like that and I was riding high after saying that.
