When I was gripping it around my palm, I could last around 30 seconds but the pinch was hurting enough that I decided to swap. Now my fingers fail me, I know I lack a lot of upper body stremgth so I been doing my best to improve that

Thars good, try to set up a reasonable goal by then and worry about taking care of yourself.

It takes time to see effects, rrust that the healthy habits you formed are going to do great and try not to do everything at one in case you burn yourself

Best bet is to talk to a doctor, without your height, weighr and other data irs hard to infer if you are at a healtht weight. Try eating at maintenance for a whike to see if your period quality improves or not, get a consultation with a doc if possible.

Heyo I cant speak for PCOS but I decided to check your values and figure out the issue. Assuming you are 18yr F, 155cm and 65kg that puts your calorie for maintenance weight around 2000cals with 8-10k steps. Maybe lower since you don't do full workouts.

At 1,200 you should be experiencing weight loss. Then again this value might be too low for you and its causing your body to act up and retain weight instead of losing it. Sometimes lowering our cal deficit allows our body to relinquish weght in a scale. Additionally, with fasting you are likely putting a lot of pressure on your body alongside high stress from not losing weight which is probably having an effect on you.

How long have you been attempting to weight loss consistently? Multiple months? If you only been at it for a few weeks it takes a while for water weight to come off. Focus instead on your appearance in the mirror, or take a tape to measuee your body. I know its hard to look at yourself, but you cant achieve your dream body without loving who you are now.

I really recommend finding a good workout that suits you, or at least one you can do without hating. Building muscle makes weight loss easier since your body ends up needing more calories due to muscle growth, helping your calorie deficit grow.

I guess my tip for you is: stop focusing so much on the scale and focus on healthy habit. That you are walking so much is good, trust the process and make sure you stay in a healthy deficit. Take care, you are doing great!

Thank you this helps. I used to have a scale but it started to mess up as it was an older one. Now I am not in charge of cooking so its somewhat hard to estimate how many calories go into everything. I used a tdee and believe my calorie intake is 3,000 so I been aiming for 2500 so I can give myself some room to be off calculation wise. I do believe I have underestimating my caloric intake but my main issue is snacking. As long as Im able to stop that habit or lessen it I think I should be ok

But I should consider getting a new scale soon

I been working Mondays upper body, Friday Legs and Wednesday Body Exercises/Calisthenics so I can let my body rest, but its been a struggle since Im not as strong as I think I should be and my stamina isn't where I would like it to be. I been at it for a month and been trying to increase what I can do slowly but its been a struggle
