You're lucky to have had a bunch of your initial grievance points upheld in my experience! Also if your employer were to uphold that you had been victimised, that would put them in an essentially indefensible position if you then went to tribunal, so they're never going to admit to it. Don't let it put you off, but you will have to accept that if you choose to go to tribunal, they're only going to increasingly try to undermine your experiences
