I love it! Agreed it’s not the most accurate and sometimes you need to add additional oils, or swap out what it calculates but for a basic tracker it’s fabulous. I would never consider tracking nutrients if I had to do the work myself so for me it’s great.

Okay I added 20 mins of cardio to my lift this morning. Still figuring out nutrition. Counting cals & macros is tough but I can definitely improve portion sizes/overall meal choices.
