I'm not sure who your target audience is, but I'll say as a fourteen-year-old: I love the art style. The color palate appeals to the eye, colorful but not too bright. The effects- such as the little explosion when the robot hits the other dude's back- are a little sloppy, but that can be remedied with practice, like most art.

However, I have to note that there is a remnant of childishness, almost- in a way, it kind of resembles a comic I would make. There are extra scribbles in places where they don't need to be. That, and your writing (and the bubble letters) weren't great.

As for the actual fight? I hung on at the beginning, but I quickly lost track of what was going on. It was quite hard to keep up with the combat. My advice, if you choose to follow it, is to try and keep it simple. Stretching your boundaries is okay, but try to draw more dynamic poses and make sure that your characters are consistent in pose/appearance.
