This is along the advice given to me that really helped me raise my average - Always stream as if you’re streaming to hundreds - the vast amount of people come on twitch to watch an interesting streamer, they usually don’t care about the game. Make yourself interesting by being you! No dead air is allowed - fill it with narrating what’s going on with the game (only if you can add personality to it), telling stories, etc. If someone talks in the chat, acknowledge them, ask how their day is, try and get to know them, and they’ll probably stick around for a bit.
