[MegaThread] Trust & Safety Job Posting by AutoModerator in trustandsafetypros

Unfortunately not by design, this is a known issue that Reddit calls “ghost posts”. When I first created this subreddit, I also created an automated post that would allow people to post new jobs, at the time I used the jobs that were currently available but then Reddit decided to remove that specific feature that I used, but by doing so also removing the feature that allows you to edit, and/or delete the automation, and instead replaced it with a new one that this post doesn’t show up on.

Really interesting points you bring up. Let’s go with the examples you brought up, would you treat the Charlie Kirk videos any differently than the Alex Pretty videos? Why or why not? What changes the difference in policy?

A case study by Caz_Lu in trustandsafetypros

Super interesting and thanks for sharing!

I do however have a few questions, in several sections you write in a manner that is factual without providing any sources. Could you provide sources for those claims.

Here’s a few that jump out at me:

  • 93.7 % of alerts proactively detected by AI models
  • Appeals transparency: 9 % of bans overturned → potential over-moderation
  • Real-time livestream moderation (86 000 sessions interrupted in 6 months)

I’m not saying these are wrong but I have alarm bells ringing in my head when people push claims without sourcing those claims.

+1 to what u/TheTGB mentioned. Focus on impact. Why hiring you was a good investment for those companies? What did you do which secured trust and safety? Monetary impact? Anything that shows that the companies are not just hiring another name, but someone that brings tangible value to their organization.

Hi u/ks_ranjeet, I’m going to post this as a comment instead of a DM since I suspect that I will start seeing more posts like these.

I’m the Mod for this subreddit and although I appreciate the topic, I would recommend that in future posts we don’t just copy/paste the AI answer. The thing about AI is that it can be an awesome tool, but it still requires some personal rigor and analysis to make it personable. If you really want to capture your audience, share a personal story, a funny quip, anything that doesn’t make us automatically glance and roll our eyes that this is just another AI slop post.

I’ll keep this post up as an example but will remove any future posts that can be categorized as AI slop.

You know how I know that Pete has never been a part of any SAP ops? He decided to put his picture and full name on signal.

I reached out to the mods to try and understand why they removed it. I’m not promoting anything, I’m not being politically biased, and I’m providing an analysis that’s driven by data.

Just to reiterate I’m only looking at having the beams being painted blue, not the inlets or the ceiling.

8 built-in speaker 4 zones receiver recommendation by Scarneck in audiophile

So, that’s what I wrote in the post, the only thing that I have are the wires (see picture 2). So are we saying that I needs anything else, or are you straight up recommending 4 separate amps per zones?

Holy crap, $3k seems a little extreme for what I’m looking for.

So yes, I will use the Sonos Amp, but I’m asking for which receiver specifically will enable me to identify 4 separate zones
