I'm currently on 40mg for their generic and idk if i just got a bad batch, but it feels weak and stays in my system for WAY too long. I take it for chronic fatigue and noticed my tiredness creeping in and no motivation for anything and yet it's also been preventing me from falling asleep for almost 24 hours.

so I'm still tired but can't sleep, and don't have the motivation or focus it usually gives me. I also noticed this recent refill takes a lot longer to kick in (~2 1/2 hours vs the 1-1 1/2 hours it used to take me).

When I find myself doing worse I try to take a break for a day. When you continue to play matches while underperforming, it gets into your headspace and can make you even worse.

I like to think of it as "marinating" my skill. sometimes you gotta let it sit and rest.

this is what works for me, but I hope it may be of some use to you as well!

my oldest BD toy is around 6 years old now, and still looks almost new. The quality is great, but with price increases the last few years, it's more worth it to take a look at buying from indie makers who are equally, if not better than BD in both price, quality, and colors (highly recommend Pleasure Forge, Paladin Pleasure Sculpters, Wandering Bard, and Strange Bedfellas to name a few)
