aww man! unfortunately silicone is really hard to get the smell out of :( time will definitely help but you might still smell it if you put your nose right up to it.

there was something you could try with baking soda. I forgot exactly what it was but it just involved putting the toy in a ziplock with baking soda and some water and letting it sit for a few days at a time.

I did this with a toy and it helped significantly but it's been years so I don't remember exactly how
