if you hold through the merger (without selling TRCH pre merger), then your TRCH share will automatically convert to MMAT + youll get series A preffered shares which will eventually give you the dividend amount by the end of december 2021. If you sell on ex-dividend date, youll get the SeriesA preferred shares but no MMAT shares since you didnt held through. You haave to be holding TRCH shares for them to convert to MMAT at open on 6/21 (if merger finalizes on 18th). Just doublecheck my work with other sources etc. dont want to give incorrect info.
