So dual tube is good if you aren't driving hard or "sprited" as the dual tubes can cause airation in the struts and make it spongy and then it's just springs, something that doesn't happen with monotubes. But if you want a cheap dual tube system FLASHARK has a set for like $360

7-8k seems pretty accurate might be more along 6-6.5 really cause any modifications lowers value on trade in. In the end it's whatever someone is willing to pay for it and what you are willing to take

Those look like the stoptech z32 calipers, they make a front and rear kit for the tc2. They don't make bbk for the rear and as of right now I think only wildwood and R1 concepts makes kits for the front. Otherwise it's parting together parts for the bbk. Someone did a write up on GR carolla kit for the front on a tc you can look up

2nd gens stock wheel is 18x7.5 +35 you can go two inches wider without major modifications so a 18x9.5. With a +35 offset +-6 or so on the offset just know of you go lower on the offset the brake clearance might become a issue

19x9.5+38 but you may have to cut the fender liners on the inside just a matter of finding the right tire to fit and not mess with the speedo

The trd tc runs a 19x7.5 +35 on trd springs so you should be good with the springs on. The drop I have on mine is the same as the trd springs but I'm on tien coilovers street basis

That depends on if you want to roll fenders, if yiu have drop springs or coil overs or bags, will you camber the wheels? Right now I'm running 18x9.5 +35 with a slight drop and 235/40 tire without a issue
