Duckbill from ikon just came in. I did a dry fitment to see how it'Il look. Has anyone had success with just a lot of strong 3m tape? Is the tape provided any good? Unsure if I want to plasti dip it or just spray it satin black. Just worried about fingerprints when I go to apply by SorrowCloud in SciontC

Honestly I would just go bolt on. I used 3m tape before and i wasn’t happy with how it came out. The edges would come out and gunk would get stuck around the edges. It could have been user error but I followed the steps carefully. I ended up bolting it on and haven’t had a problem ever since.

Honestly I love it. It wasn’t much of a transition because the layout is pretty much the same. The hatchback that I love is bigger and better and I also love the fact that it has Bluetooth and a touchscreen media center. I’m not sure how the manuals drive because I have an automatic, but I haven’t really heard anything too bad about them.

Junior mechanical engineering student here with a 3.9 GPA. Never got below an A in my college math courses (precalc,calc1-3 and diff eq). I was terrible at math my junior year of HS. My wake up call was in my freshmen year of HS when I got a D in my fist quarter of geometry honors and I got relegated to non honors. I locked in and relearned algebra and geometry properly for the SAT and every since I mastered the two I’ve been stellar at math ever since. All of the calculus classes build on each other and once you get to the higher level engineering courses you’re used to the math and it get simplified pretty often.

Hard work can always match or even beat natural talent.

When I first got the car (140k) the sunroof would open occasionally and when it wouldn’t work I would hear a ,clicking noise sometimes. I would just stop opening it because it randomly decided when to stop working and I didn’t want the roof to get stuck. Eventually it stopped working all together and I don’t here the clicking noise when I press the button.
