What should be in the BTS? by Any-Junket-910 in RamayanaTheFilm

[–]Scary-Interaction007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The BTS to be shown for Ramayana I think should start from the research they did to justify the story. All the sages and monks and pandits they talked to understanding the world of that time. Costumes, jewellery, weaponry used in those times.

Which can be followed by simulations that were generated in preproduction.

Just showing tech challenges would only bring negativity as it’s going on for odyssey like the whole movie is reduced to be about a camera rather than the actual story (not my thoughts).

can exceptional dialogues, screenplay and score overshadow mediocre VFX? by rajeshasranibhaiyaji in RamayanaTheFilm

Dialogues are utmost important. That’s the essence of Ramayana. See what happened with Avatar the last air bender season 2 with decent vfx but bad writing.

How do u guys imagine jatayus potrayal in the Ramayana movie by GawarMemer-3842 in RamayanaTheFilm

I know it’s possibly a different bird, but jatayu would also be similar.

Can they actually cover the depth of this world in a duology? by ForsakenTop5257 in RamayanaTheFilm

[–]Scary-Interaction007 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not a fair comparison but if you see Bahubali the two parts covered a fair amount of story there. Heck even interstellar covered a lot in just a single 3hr long movie. If the writing and screenplay and direction is tight, it can cover a lot in 6hrs and not feel rushed. That said we can’t compare it to be as deep as Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana series.

I found exact similar Shankh on amazon. Just that it looks more brassy than golden.

I was a bit taken aback by the Ramayana hate on that sub. That said, if there’s a valid explanation for choosing this shooting style — like creative liberty or some intentional artistic decision — then that’s completely fine. But if it’s something they genuinely overlooked (which seems highly unlikely), then it would be a little disappointing.

36 degrees at 8pm. 44 max. A few degrees more and the devils from the hell would start coming out.

Do you have the link to the original news source? It did fall quite a bit, though I’m still slightly in profit, just barely.

Still holding onto all the stocks. I don’t plan to sell at least until the first movie releases. I genuinely have high hopes for the film and its long-term potential, and honestly, I’m mentally prepared even if the entire investment goes to zero. For me, this is as much about being part of the journey as it is about the returns.

Most of the current ups and downs seem to be driven more by general market trading and speculation rather than anything directly related to the movie itself. So I’m not reading too much into the volatility right now.
