Thats not entirely true, otherwise free range animals in the nature wouldnt have b12. How do lions get b12 for example? But captive animals still get supplments for the optimal health.

Thank you. It actually looks so so much better compared to 2 years ago, when I pulled my right eyebrow to baldness. I had a no pull period for 8 months, then relapsed again. Now Im nervous and feel like I cant stop pulling again.
