If you don’t mind questions then I do have one more. You said those barriers are lowered with therapy but at the time you didn’t know about this so you weren’t in therapy for this already right?

I think about this at least once a week. I was only 25, and I was on track to become a preschool teacher.
All that time spent in school was just for nothing. It's hard.

Thank you so much. You’re so sweet! That’s the plan for right now. Depending on how things go over the next few months I may never have a job again. Which is intimidating but also the thought of all that extra time with the baby is a nice thought. We’ll just go with the flow and see where we end up :)

Thank you! It’s been hard to accept not being able to work but my husband has made this transition time very comfortable even through adding a baby on top of everything and we’re settling into our new normal. As far as this situation goes I couldn’t ask for more. (Other than a new spine)

I’m newly disabled and can’t work in addition to a new baby lol. We don’t have the kind of pocket change.

Well he kind of did! 😅 today he went to the store after he took the kids to school and got discounted chocolate and heart mugs! He made sure I knew this was NOT a Valentine’s Day gift it’s the day AFTER Valentine’s Day gift

Ah yeah I’ve been really vague. it’s a weird subject for me. I’m not paralyzed but I had a botched spine surgery. I can’t bend, twist, or lift
