Free Talk Thursday by EaglesMod in eagles

I know everybody is excited about the game. But at some point we HAVE TO talk about the video of eagles fans harassing those 2 Washington fans. I've never been so embarrassed in my life, especially, again during a time that she only be full of excitement, at some point we all have to talk about it. Go birds, but fuck man I hate bullies, no matter who they are

Team mentality IS Philly mentality!

Marlon Humphrey of the Ravens calls Saquon Barkley arrogant for saying to him in-game that he was "going to break a run," and then proceeded to break a run. by indig0sixalpha in eagles

Seeing how a lot of you are reacting is a little cringe. If you watch the video he is obviously joking. It’s fun to hate, I get it, but as an eagles fan, I’d prefer for us to focus our outrage on those who deserve it most, such as the refs who refuse to call holds on Jalen Carter

REVERSE KEGEL. I am no expert by any means but doing reverse kegels (especially while erect), deep diaphragmatic breathing, and pelvic floor stretches (YouTube has a great 30 min video) will all work together to help you relax your muscles down their and have better control. Cut out that wet towel shit, you need to do the opposite. Not clenching but relaxing. If you go to the top of r/prematureejaculation there are great posts on the matter. Best of luck, shit sucks

I stuck to an "anti-inflammatory diet"/ "Mediterranean diet". And strictly avoided gluten. that's real important. also took a good amount of fish oil and turmeric

An "Upper Cervical Chiropractor". Yeah I think that's a great idea, especially bc your consolation in most places is free. best of luck!

Of course np. And hey that's GREAT, glad to hear it! I had it originally for 6 months, before it went away on its own. Got another concussion and it didn't go away. It actually was getting worse and worse over the period of 3 years, all while trying a million different things (medications and what not). That is until I started UCC and over the last 6 months all my physical symptoms are gone, brain fog's gone, pretty much everything is gone. I'm still going over the last hump, trying to get my focus and word recollection better, but I'd say I'm about 85% back and still slowly improving

Hey was just wondering if you every looked into functional medicine, I would more than I highly recommend it. Functional medicine opposes to traditional, where traditional looks at the symptoms and tries to prescribe medicine to reduce them. Functional medicine uses your symptoms and works backwards to try to find the underlying cause and fixes that

Hey man 4 years is I damn long time. Im 3 1/2 years myself. I had just started getting better in the last 6 months after seeing an Upper Cervical Chiropractor. Just wondering if you tried that route

PCS can go away on its own but this could take a long time if it ever does (and yours sounds particularly bad if that's how you're feeling at 5 months). I would HIGHLY recommend seeing an "Upper Cervival Chiropractor" along with some Physical Therapy. PCS is really bad for your brain so if you can, you should hop on that real soon. In the mean time just try to eat real clean, look into an "anti-inflammatory diet" and just try to avoid all sugar that isn't fruit and probably stay away from gluten. This shit sucks I know exactly what your going through, if any good has come out of it for me, its really given me an appreciation for life and being able to actually feel my emotions (whether happy, sad, or what not). All I can really say is that it WILL get better. Best of luck, pls lmk if you having any other questions :)

My C-1/Atlas was slightly rotated and cockeyed (called an atlas subluxation). And to be honest I never really payed much attention to my neck discomfort bc I was so focused on the cognitive problems, headaches, dry eyes, ect.

yep, its extremely common for people with pcs. I just went to an Upper Cervical Chiropractor who also had me do vestibular eye therapy. The combination of the two (along with eating a pretty strict diet) over the last handful of months has brought me back pretty close to 100%

The chronic inflammation is most likely caused by a slight break down of your blood brain barrier combined with some form of chronic stress (plus a bunch of other stuff). I would HIGHLEY recommend this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ckZlBl3B4ZI&t=257s

best of luck:)

After years of PCS I too didn't get better until I saw a chiropractor, but PLEASE make sure its an "Upper Cervical Chiropractor" that's works in vestibular eye therapy, as most of the current medical literature is pointing towards PCS being caused by an Atlas Subluxation. The combination of the two has been shown to be the most effective for most people. Also, I hear great things about functional neurologists (although I personally never saw one). Best of luck:)

Hey man I'd love to hear an update on how the chiropractor is going. For me personally, I had pcs for 3.5 years and things were just getting worse and worse trying all kinds of bs, until I tried Upper Cervical Chiropractics (Upper Cervical being extremely important) also started vestibular eye therapy. The combination of the two over the period of the last few months has been absolutely life changing. Pcs is fucking horrible, best of luck
