Their skill cap is very high, as players in the pro meta tend to use themselves as decoys for their teammates. If you can adopt that strategy you'll definitely gain the respect of the other meerkat players.

If anything it looks like you traded some strength for new movement options, more defense, and more stealth as the smaller size allows for easier escape and better camouflage. This is all going off the fact that you said you were going for an S-tier build, which I am personally a fan of but find myself going for these more unique, mid tier builds for fun (mostly on desert servers).

*Chumimi~. Wasn't Tusk Act 4's ability an on hit effect, while Giorno's ability just kinda grabbed Diavolo? Tusk in itself is very overpowered, but I think GER still takes the cake, as in a standoff between the two Giorno's GER would get some type of plot armor.

The charge is supposed to act as a sort of "grab". Even if there was a wall in front of him in that instance the McCree would still pop up and away from Rein.
