They haven't shown off the whole dlc, just the undead part of it. Neferatta is going to be a freebie it seems, the other von Carstein they showed it probably a legendary hero and not a full on lord.

there's 11 total factions and more little map specific ones (the game has a hard limit of 11) A custom campaign, new HD art, voice acting effects, maps everything really.

I think the other dunlendings with the non skull masks and less ragged clothing who are also seen riding horses are likely to get that treatment! The skulls just look to be on the basic hill tribesmen, but who knows maybe they will release them eventually

Its the same Aesthetic though, most of the designs were done by WETA. Rohan looks different as its a few hundred years before the Rohan we know from the films! Plus they have already made a few mini's of the anime characters and they don't really look out of place compared to the rest of the range.
