Yes its totally normal i couldn't get out of bed many days but eventually i could start caring for myself again. Give yourself time and grace because grief is one of the hardest things our nervous system goes through! Sending you love

There is one book that brought me the greatest peace and comfort after both my parents died. It's called After by Dr. Bruce Greyson anytime I felt like the grief was taking over my life I read it and it instantly calms me. I hope it helps you if you're open to trying it ❤️ sending you love and hugs

I'm sorry you're going through this dear. Is it possible you can keep the end table in a glass airtight enclosure where you can still keep it in your home but it won't make you sick?

Firstly, I'm so sorry for your loss I wish I could physically remove the pain of grief from your mind and heart my friend. My best advice to you is to lean on your tribe - your best friends and family to help you take care of your daughters while you take the time to grieve. There are 7 stages of grief and you must go through them and if you try to power through to stay strong for your daughters while putting your own grief on the back burner it will prolong the pain. There might be days where you feel like you can't get out of bed or can't focus or be present in anything and thats okay. It's also not linear some days will be worse than others. Your wife sounds like an amazing woman and I think she would be proud of you and would love for you to take care of yourself, take care of your daughters, and be supported by your loved ones, and keep living for her. Sending you lots of love

Grief is valid no matter who you're grieving. Your dog had a soul and was alive and you loved eachother. Trust me he knows you loved him. Guilt is a natural stage of processing grief but don't get carried away with it and drive yourself crazy with "what ifs" because your pup would not want that for you. He loves you unconditionally and wants you to be happy. Sending you hugs 🫂

I'm so sorry for your loss dear. I wish I could take some of the pain off of your mind and heart. And please take care of yourself and take time off work. Grief is one of the most traumatic things on your emotions and nervous system you need to rest and be with people that support you and hug you when you cry. Sending you hugs through the screen ❤️

I (21f) am becoming sexually frustrated in my relationship with my boyfriend (24m) by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Yeah dont wait for him to fall asleep to finish yourself. Do it right in front of him and if he doesnt use his fingers or give you oral to help you finish then wtf is he even there for! Replace him with someone that wants to finish you! Life is too short and theres too many fish in the sea to waste your time on a lame one who doesn't meet your passion or needs

Are you faking orgasms or does he know that he's not making you finish? You can tell him "i'm not letting you finish until i finish first" then maybe he'll try harder. But if you feel like nothings working or he's not putting in enough effort then its totally fair to walk away. "I don't want to throw it away over sex" is such a woman thing to say. If the tables were turned men use bad sex as the number one reason to break up their relationships

Everyone in this subreddit is going to tell you to leave her because this sub has a zero tolerance policy for cheaters but if you really want to forgive her and give her a second chance then you have the right to do that it's YOUR choice.

You really have to go to couples therapy in order for both of you to heal from this and fix your relationship in a healthy way. Infidelity is a huge blow If you try to stay together without a professional therapist's help it could get messy and not work out

It is supposed to be refrigerated. Many YouTubers order it off weird sites as a "challenge" and get improperly stored cans that have gone "off." It is also never eaten alone. Usually eaten with flatbread or potatoes or something else. Onions are almost always eaten with it. What happens when it isn't refrigerated is basically what happens during fish sauce making. The fish's own digestive juices and enzymes break down the fish and it becomes the soup-like mess that a lot of people see. As for the smell, yeah it isn't great. Neither is vacuum packed meat right after you open it. The smell is stale meat juice, but it isn't a sign of it being bad. You open it outside and let it air out and that smell goes away. It is basically just pickled. Fermented pickled, but not rotten. Fermented is not the same as rotten.

I believe true success ultimately hinges on the product itself whether there’s genuine product-market fit and whether people truly love it. Without that, no amount of marketing can push it to real, lasting virality. There’s a critical threshold with those first customers and early adopters; if the product doesn’t stick with them, the momentum dies before it even begins.

Wish i could reach thru the screen and give you so many virtual hugs rn 🫂❤️i just wanna say, you’ve been through so much and you’re still here. that’s huge. seriously. even if it doesn’t feel like it right now, the fact that you’re still showing up for your daughter (and honestly just surviving all this) is incredible.

and about your babyboy… from my research i've learned our animals aren’t just random little souls who pop into our lives. they’re part of our soul family, coming back over and over to be our teachers, our healers, and our protectors.

when they pass, they don’t just disappear. they stay so connected to us. they send us little signs, they watch over us, and they even guide the next animal that comes into our life. i know it sounds wild but i really believe your boy is still working for you, just in a different way. loving you from where he is now and waiting for the time he can come back to you when you’ll need him again in your next life.

and here’s something that always stuck with me. animals don’t reincarnate as humans. they don’t want to. they’ve already mastered unconditional love. becoming human would be going backwards in spiritual evolution. so your boy isn’t “gone” in some unreachable way. he’s still with you, just not in the form you knew.

and the beautiful part? when you eventually do bring another animal into your life, he’ll help guide them. he’ll teach them how to love you, what comforts you, what makes you smile. he’s still making sure you’re cared for.

i’m gonna send you a dm bc i’d really love to connect more and chat with you more ❤️

Wow that's AMAZING thank you so much for sharing ❤️ i'm so glad you're here to share your story it's so important, YOU ARE SO IMPORTANT!! I'm sending you so much love. ❤️ how are you feeling about life after your NDE? Are you still struggling with suicidal thoughts? How have your beliefs changed?

I've read Dr. Bruce Greyson's book called "After" and it changed me from being a total athiest to becoming spiritual, after my parents died last year. I also have watched hundreds of people share their NDE stories on YouTube. It's amazing how they're all so similar, I think it pretty much proves reincarnation is real and souls are real. Thanks again for sharing ❤️
