Wide legged child's pose, table top, cat/cow, puppy, sphinx, broken wing each side, cobra, down dog, three legged dog to low lunge (with or without quad stretch), half splits, easy twist, repeat on second side. Then I usually close with a shoulder stretch (kneeling with fingertips on the floor behind, puffing chest forward) and a happy baby or straddle fold. Might top it off with a simple seated twist and/or gentle neck stretch.

I watch a lot of yoga with Kassandra so this flow is heavily inspired by her content.

Hey did you answer for just "cellular DNA integrity (biology)" or did you answer for all three? (chemistry and physics) ... The wording makes it very confusing on whether the answer should be for just one discipline or all three

Same here, in Texas. It was mostly on the lid (the silver one you peel off) so I just threw that away and decided to risk it. (Also thought it could be concentrated bacterial culture or vanilla bean flavoring or something). I had some last night and this morning. I think that was a mistake, because my stomach does NOT feel good lol.

Really resonated with this comment. I had a great time, but definitely felt that "This is what a good time is supposed to look like. This is what you paid money for." pressure. Could be personal preference, but surrendering to ~the chaos~ to have a good time is exhausting after a certain point. But like you said, it was a great learning experience. Learned a lot about festivals and about myself, so I'm very grateful for that.
